How you earn

Base salary, commissions on platform revenue, performance bonuses, recurring incentives.

Base salary
R 5 000 / month

Unlocked monthly when you maintain any one of:

  • · 5+ active business accounts
  • · 50 000 L+ monthly fuel volume
  • · R 2 000 000+ monthly GMV

An account is "active" once it has 2+ completed transactions.

Platform revenue commission
10% – 20%

of FuelSync platform revenue generated by your accounts (platform fees, delivery, subscriptions, smart-tank services, logistics orchestration).

Example: Your accounts generate R 50 000 in platform revenue this month → you earn R 5 000 – R 10 000 in commission, excluding bonuses and salary.
